Passenger Services Associate

About us

GTRSG PTE LTD is a joint venture company between SATS Ltd and Air Asia. We provide ground handling services such as passenger services at counters, baggage handling, and ramp operations at Changi Airport Terminal 4. We are currently looking for a Korean Interpreter for our Korean Air flights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Checking in passengers
2. Serving as an ambassador to assist and guide passengers on the use of Self Service Kiosk and Auto Bag Drops
3. Performing gate handling duties, including communicating with airline crews and coordinating departure activities with various departments
4. Guiding and escorting transit passengers from arrival gate to Transfer Holding Area (and vice versa)
5. Assisting passengers who require special assistance
6. Completing any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor

Key Requirements

1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
2. Able to perform rotating shift work including weekends and public holidays
3. Customer-oriented and a good team player
4. Comfortable with using computers
5. Able to converse and write in English confidently
