Quality Assurance Site Executive

This is a Quality Inspector (QI) role to implement and carry out quality checks to achieve high construction and workmanship quality in the delivery stage, to the satisfaction and expectation of our customers on apartment unit quality and in line with our company vision of providing quality homes.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and carry out the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Construction Quality so that the work can achieve high construction and workmanship quality in the delivery stage.
2. Ensure readiness for Temporary Occupation (TOP), that the work progress by contractors is inspected and recorded, to deliver quality homes to customers.
3. Carry out Independent Quality Mark (QM) checks of all units, monitor defects rectification after Temporary Occupation and during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
4. Coordinate with the Customer Service Department (CSD) on the CDL in-house quality inspection.
5. Ensure unit defects are rectified in a timely manner and within the time frame allowed or specified.
6. On-site implementation of our CDL 5-Star Environment, Health & Safety Policy and ensuring the contractor achieves the highest standard during every CDL 5-Star Quarterly Site Inspections.

1. Diploma/Degree in electrical/mechanical, civil engineering, or engineering disciplines.
2. At least 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry, especially in quality inspection and delivery.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
4. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging customers effectively.
5. Meticulous with an eye for detail.
