Chief Product Officer / Head of Product – Regional FinTech (PE/VC backed)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the company’s growth objectives and customer needs.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
• Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and emerging fintech trends to develop best-in-class products and solutions.
• Work closely with business, sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive successful product launches and adoption.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to leverage AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to enhance product offerings.
• Ensure products adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards in key markets.
• Engage with investors, board members, and key stakeholders to communicate product strategy, milestones, and performance.

Key Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product leadership roles, with a strong background in fintech, digital banking, payments, lending, or wealthtech.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling digital products in high-growth environments.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into product strategy and execution.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including product, design, engineering, and growth teams.
• Deep understanding of user experience (UX), customer journey optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with fintech regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
