Job Summary:

A skilled Service Desk Consultant with expertise in troubleshooting and supporting end user queries. Proficient in file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP), secure communication technologies (SSH, SSL), and basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Adept at cryptography, firewall configurations, and application testing across development, testing, UAT, and production environments. Experienced in data center types and migration strategies. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to ensure seamless IT support and system security.

Years of Experience Needed: 2

Technical Skills:

  1. Working knowledge in Operating systems, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
  2. FTP – file transfer protocol
  3. SSH – Secure Shell, SSH keys, private and public keys, Types of configurations in SSH
  4. SSL - Secure Sockets Layer, SSL certificates update
  5. SFTP - Secure File Transfer Protocol
  6. Basic Network concepts like TCP/IP, IP Address, Subnet mask, Gateway, DNS, DHCP
  7. Cryptography and its types
  8. Firewalls and its types
  9. Application testing environments – Development, Testing, UAT, Production, Application Testing types
  10. Datacenter types, Data center migration approaches
