Job description
Customer Service Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers’ enquiries via email or phone calls.
- Process customers’ orders into sales orders on SAP with accuracy.
- Monitor and update customers on their order status proactively.
- Assist commercial team on daily sales operations and follow-ups.
- Ensure proper documentation of all deliveries/collections.
- Liaise with delivery vendor on delivery arrangements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Science related field/supply chain management/business administration.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service/call center.
- Knowledge in customer service operation in a similar industry is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Word).
- Able to work independently and as a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
