Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Supply Chain
• Position Title: Shipping Coordinator
• Working Location: Tuas (Transport Provided)
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon-Thu (8AM - 5PM); Fri (8AM – 4.30PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
• Duration: 3-Months Contract (Permanent can be discussed)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with planner.
• Check inventory stock status in SAP system (including batches, quantities, and release status).
• Generate Delivery Orders, select the correct batches and quantities using SAP system, and update the E-log.
• Assist with the picking and packing of shipments with the warehouse.
• Schedule shipments with freight forwarders.
• Label shipments, prepare IATA documentation, and register templates (Coldstream).
• Assist in the collection of cargo and take photographs.
• File documents with the Air Waybill (AWB).
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 1-2 years' experience with Shipping.
• With experience in using SAP system.
