Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies, channels and plans to enhance employee engagement and alignment with company goals.
- Assist HR Manager in coordinating, organizing, recording and evaluation of training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
- Manage Learning Management System.
- Ensure Training ISO documentation are in place in accordance to internal and external audit standards.
- Full spectrum of talent acquisition processes for Corporate positions.
- Develop, implement and manage an effective onboarding program.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
