Cargo Coordinator (East / Joining Bonus $5000 / AWS+Bonus)

As a Cargo Coordinator, you will handle and process air cargo at the Airfreight Terminals, ensuring that operations are carried out in accordance with the prescribed standards and adhering to the timelines. You will engage and service airline clients and freight forwarders.

Job summary:

• Basic from $2300 - $2700, Gross up to $3200+
• Location: Changi
• Working hours: 6 Days work week, Rotating shift
• Permanent job (AWS + VB)
• Joining Bonus $5000
• With yearly bonus, annual leave, medical leave and Shift Allowance + OT

Responsibilities:

• Handle cargo shipments and documentation, engage airlines and third parties like freight forwarding agents.
• Manage a team of cargo handlers.
• Attend to customer in collecting/delivering of cargo including receiving of payment.
• Liaise with warehouse operations team as appropriate.
• Utilize cargo management system and airline system and maintain computer database.
• Sort and dispatch cargo documents in accordance to airline requirement.
• Coordinate with carriers/ground handling agents and arrange transfer of all transshipment traffic.
• Any other duties as assigned by the duty superior.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work rotating shifts.
• Experience in logistics/supply chain/warehouse is advantageous.
