Manage daily accounting operations, including full set accounts (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger), payroll, and banking matters.
Assist with banking facilities, sales agreements, and contract-related matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance, utilising available tools and resources.
Prepare and review financial statements and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting, working closely with the team.
Handle customer billing, supplier invoices, and financial data for decision-making.
Support junior staff and perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Assist with HR matters under the guidance of the HR department.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP) is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
