The Accounts Receivable (AR) Systems team is part of Finance Revenue Operations and is responsible for the systems and technology utilised by the AR operations teams.
The analyst will be responsible for systems support and management of prioritised enhancement initiatives. Core operational responsibilities include end user support, improving our operational infrastructure, and supporting key business initiatives. Other responsibilities will include KPI analysis and operational reporting to leadership.
AR Operations is a customer impacting and complex space, we are looking for someone who demonstrates motivation to learn new skills and technologies with a growth mindset. Having a keen eye for details, good communication skills and efficient time management are key success factors.
Responsibilities:
- Support Revenue Operations including system bug triage, business process support, technical advisory, business requirements gathering, managing SOX controls, and system configuration for AR.
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Support projects and other initiatives from a technology perspective that impact the Finance department.
- Work closely with IT and other business units to execute new technology and functionality implementations.
- Facilitate and maintain partnerships with key system and business stakeholders.
- Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity. Providing solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company policy.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
- Experience in System Administration, preferably with Salesforce products.
- Has been in a Systems Analyst or Product Analyst role that concentrates on system enhancements, product or technical program management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Products; specifically CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
- Proficient in systems analysis, specifically data analysis, process modeling.
- Experience in technology implementations and development methodologies.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering from business users and subject matter experts, reviewing business priorities, and/or analysing solution options & risks.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to manage ambiguity, and changing priorities while delivering excellent results.
- Liaise effectively between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Communicates in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
- Operates effectively as a member of a team spanning multiple time zones.
- Functional understanding of SQL or other query languages.
- General knowledge of object oriented programming and cloud infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional higher education in information technology or business administration.
- Knowledge of agile methodology and product development models.
- Understanding of Quote-to-Cash operations such as credit, billing, collections, bad debt, accounts receivables (AR), tax as well as revenue accounting.
- ERP experience preferred.
- Knowledge on e-invoicing is a plus.
- Preferred knowledge of other products: Mulesoft, Oracle R12, Marketing Cloud.
- Development language experience; Apex, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
