Shopee’s Promotion Product Management team is in charge of the Promotion product development across end-to-end user journeys, digging into the buyer psychologies to create exciting promotion to incentivise and delight, and providing a diverse range of tools for sellers to manage their promotions and budgets. Our team develops promotion products such as ShopeeCoins, ShopeeVouchers, Membership and other discounts. We are a young and passionate team committed to building products that are delightful and reliable, while ensuring system scalability and robustness. Job Description:
Define and execute product strategy with cross-functional teams to drive overall business impact while ensuring good user experience
Improve key metrics with a specific focus on driving user conversion within the Shopee App
Design solutions that incentivize users to make purchase decisions while optimising the cost of investment
Drive operation efficiency by deeply understanding the business team's concerns and their workflow. Use big data and AI technology to build innovative solutions that improve business decisions
Work with the design and development team to translate our consumer insights and business know-how into products and systems that are impacting users daily life
Work with the business and data team to monitor product performance and iterate the design based on user feedback.
Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of products
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science and Mathematics or a related science/tech field preferred
Prior minimum 1 year working experience in product management experience in the consumer experience field
Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environment
Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
Good critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills
Adaptable, open-minded, quick learner
Care deeply about user experience and business impact for both Shopee and the ecommerce ecosystem
