Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Learning & Development)

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager ( Learning & Development) will work closely with employees and managers to enhance career development initiatives. This role involves identifying training needs, designing tailored programs, and providing resources to support professional growth.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

1. Design and develop overall curriculum structure and courseware materials.
2. Develop talent assessment processes with assessment tools to evaluate employees’ capabilities.
3. Assess capability and performance within an organisation to identify learning needs.
4. Conduct learning needs analysis to assess their current capabilities and areas of development required to deliver against the organisation’s strategy and plans.
5. Assess, design and integrate suitable learning modes to drive desired learning experiences.
6. Equip supervisors and line managers with the skills and tools to mentor, train and provide job coaching.
7. Manage the implementation and development of programmes to facilitate achievement of organisation's objectives and growth.
8. Assess overall learning experiences to measure effectiveness and drive excellence across all learning activities.
9. Assess feasibility of proposals to improve internal workflows.
10. Manage team resources to ensure adequate staffing and capability levels.
11. Justify the resources required to support changes in resources, procedures, systems, or technology within the function.
12. Manage internal stakeholders beyond the team and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

1. Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
3. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
4. Possess ACTA or ATCL certification.

Prior experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage.
