Responsibilities:
- Lead the research and development of new dairy products, including formulation, testing, and scale-up processes.
- Analyze and enhance existing products for taste, texture, shelf-life, and nutritional content.
- Ensure all products comply with relevant food safety and quality regulations, including labeling and nutritional guidelines.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for new product development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production quality assurance, to ensure successful product launches.
- Oversee the unstuffing of incoming cargo for urgent usage, ensuring timely availability of materials.
- Ensure that trial samples meet the required specifications of customers before proceeding with production.
- Verify that raw material test results are available and meet specifications prior to production.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, formulations, and processes, and prepare reports for management review.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies in dairy processing and product development.
- Any other job duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in R&D within the food or dairy industry (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of dairy processing techniques and product formulation.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
