Plan, execute and supervise the setting up of the Dormitory including tenancy, leasing agreements and dormitory house rules handbook.
Coordinate and follow-up during conversion from office to dormitory.
Lead and manage a team of staff and are responsible for day-to-day dormitory and facilities operations, setting up the necessary SOPs for effective and efficient execution.
Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional departments to effectively manage processes associated with the operation and maintenance of the Dormitory.
Liaison with and maintain good rapport with government agencies, such as Police, SCDF, MOM, etc to implement the necessary works to comply.
Coordinate with relevant agencies or contractors as and when required.
Monitor the overall well-being of the residents and promptly address their feedback and concerns.
Oversee routine audit maintenance inspection and follow up for all building related matters.
Conduct daily room inspections, seizure and proper documentation of contraband items.
Enforcing rules and providing requires support and guidance.
Ensure property is well maintained.
All other duties assigned as and when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree or Diploma in Building Management & Services, or equivalent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
