Preparation of beverages, snacks, or any food items for staff, guests, and VIPs for meetings.
Replenishing supplies by keeping stock of beverages, sugar, milk, foam cups, etc.
Washing of cups, cutlery, kitchenware, etc., and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in work areas (pantry, fridge, microwave).
Simple and light cleaning of meeting room tables, reception areas, and some rooms.
You will play an important role in supporting the office rest area (pantry, meeting room, etc.) and ensuring smooth operations.
Check that all pantry items and equipment are properly stored and inspected.
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum primary education and above.
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Tea Lady, Office Assistant, or Waitress. Prior experience as a Waitress or kitchen helper in a restaurant, hotel, or any other relevant field is strongly welcomed to apply.
Good English communication skills are needed.
Polite and responsible work attitude is essential.
Preference will be given to candidates with office cleaning, pantry assistant, or kitchen helper experience in an office environment, kitchen, hotel, restaurant, or food court.
Work Week
5 days work week (7 AM to 7 PM), overtime will be provided if needed.
