Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 7.45 AM – 4.45 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,600 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Handle full monthly payroll and staff claims processing.
Manage staff leave and other employee benefits.
File employment income with IRAS, including data for foreign workers.
Process claims for government-paid leaves like maternity and childcare, and NS make-up pay.
Oversee the performance management process, calculate annual raises and variable bonuses based on directives from senior management.
Support the Admin/HR Manager in preparing the payroll budget.
Work with the Admin/HR Manager to foster effective HR strategies, standards, and a positive workplace culture that matches the company’s goals.
Coordinate travel and resolve expatriate issues.
Aid the Admin/HR Executive in general office operations such as booking flights, maintaining office supplies, and managing service providers like cleaners, security, and company vehicles and phones.
Contribute to government and industry-related surveys.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
At least 5 years of HR experience preferably in manufacturing industries
Experience with EasyPay payroll system is required
