Accounts Executive

Job Description:

1. Able to work independently & handle full set of accounts (For Malaysia company) (Based in Singapore)
2. Prepare Debtors Ageing List & monitor debts collections.
3. Preparation of monthly payroll & submission of KWSP, PERKESO, MTD etc.
4. Preparation of Form EA and submission of Form E & CP8D.
5. Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing & financial reporting to Management.
6. Responsible for accounting processes & tasks (Example: AP, AR process, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation etc).
7. Liaise closely with auditors, bankers & tax agents.
8. Handle Statutory Audits including preparation of audit schedules.
9. Issuing of Debit Note & Credit Note.
