Job description
We are a European listed global MNC specializing in Fluid Conveyance products. With over 50 years’ experience and several manufacturing facilities across the world, we are one of the market leaders in this field. We see a good potential in this region and to further establish our global footprint, we are seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager.
With good product knowledge on hydraulic hoses and fittings, an in-depth understanding of the industry, he will identify and secure new business opportunities for new projects as well as repairs, maintenance, and service jobs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Market and build recurring businesses for products (hose, fittings, etc) and services.
Identify, pursue and close business opportunities focusing on long term contracts.
Build strong customer relationships to prepare for vertical expansion of the company’s other products.
Make effective sales visits to potential customers.
Manage incoming inquiries.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Work together with operations team to ensure end-product quality and on-time delivery.
Requirements
Understanding of the local hydraulic hose industry and its key players is a must.
Proven track record of success in sales.
Strong product knowledge on hydraulic hoses and fittings.
Good understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
Understand and able to interpret technical specifications and resolve customer issues.
