Retail Associate

Location: Takashimaya (Department Store)
Salary: $15/ Hr
Working hours: 5 days per week, rostered shifts (5 hours - 8 hours)
Duration: ASAP - 6 Months (Subject to Extension)

Job Scope:

• Provide one-on-one customer service.
• Inform customers of ongoing promotions, new collections, and special events.
• Keep up to date with new arrivals, best sellers, and stock levels to recommend appropriate products to clients.
• Manage and process transactions efficiently.
• Ensure store maintains cleanliness and visual standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in mid-end retail environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using POS systems.
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays (rostered shifts).

Training will be provided.
