Development: Develop and implement digital acquisition marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and online sales. Be adept in creating captivating ad content in accordance with campaigns and rising trends.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, email, display advertising, third party shopping platforms and affiliate marketing.
Data Analytics and Channel Optimization: Be adept in analysing stock inventory levels, average burn rate against ad performance and existing trends. Be agile in channel optimization to drive greater sales. This includes conducting A/B testing and other experiments to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
Website Optimization: Constantly review website traffic, conversion ratio and work with third party website vendor to suggest tweaks to boost sales conversion. Be responsible for optimizing the SEO / SEM and website write up accordingly. This is in addition to refreshing the website banners, content, layout and updating with new inventory to optimise the user experience and interface.
Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, sales, marketing) and external agencies to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives. Assist with Sales during Pop Up events.
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 2 years of work experience with digital marketing channels: Proven experience in paid search, social media, third party shopping platforms, email marketing, basic HTML and other digital channels.
Relevant degree in data analytics, marketing or retail.
Experience in activewear retail, fast moving fashion is a plus.
Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools: Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Shop as well as other social platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Ability to create content for ads and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during campaign execution.
Understanding of marketing principles: Strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Experience with CRM and marketing platforms: Shopify and Shopline website platforms, app development, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut.
