Job Description:

Our client is a premier financial services firm dedicated to delivering excellence in banking, investment, and wealth management. As we continue to expand, they are now seeking a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive strategic HR initiatives and support business leaders in fostering a high-performance culture. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to senior management, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. This role requires strong stakeholder management, expertise in talent management, and the ability to support a dynamic, fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth.
  • Provide insights on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
  • Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives in alignment with business needs.

Talent Management & Employee Engagement:

  • Lead performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Support leadership development programs and career progression frameworks.

Employee Relations & HR Advisory:

  • Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and financial industry regulations.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.

Compensation, Benefits & Workforce Planning:

  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compensation benchmarking and workforce planning.
  • Advise managers on salary structures, promotions, and rewards programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in financial services or banking.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HR systems, data analytics, and workforce planning tools.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) are a plus.
