Senior Executive - HR and Admin

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive in Human Resources and Admin at LKH Precicon Pte Ltd in Singapore with a headcount of 50. The incumbent will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR Policies, overall human resources functions, and support administrative activities. They will handle day-to-day HR tasks and collaborate with various departments to ensure effective HR practices and policies are in place.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and execute the full spectrum of HR and Administration processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records such as salary adjustments and biodata.
  • Payroll administration and leave system (CPF submission, Tax clearances).
  • Handle recruitment processes including sourcing, filtering, arranging interviews, and offering candidates.
  • Apply/Renew/Cancellation of the relevant work passes for foreign workers.
  • Handle employee enquiries on staff benefits and schemes, employment certification, etc.
  • Manage insurance claims for medical and work injury incidents.
  • Oversee medical claims, insurance claims, and allowance claims.
  • Perform recruitment activities to ensure the right candidates are selected.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and arrange for Company Introduction Programme and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate and consolidate bi-annual performance appraisal exercises to evaluate employee performance.
  • Administer and monitor claims (e.g., Transportation, Entertainment, Telecommunication, etc.).
  • Handle training registration and training grant applications.
  • Oversee and manage HR-related ISO compliance, coordinate with external auditors during audits, maintain documentation, ensure adherence to ISO standards through employee training, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
  • Provide admin support for building maintenance, sustainability, utility, and administrative-related duties.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field (candidates specializing in HR will be advantageous).
  • At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and enjoy challenges.
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality with a keen sense of ethics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices will be a plus.
