Our client, a renowned Singaporean jeweler with a rich heritage since 1948, is looking for Brand Ambassadors to join their team. Specializing in high-quality gold and diamond jewelry, the company blends traditional craftsmanship with modern design, offering both bespoke and ready-to-wear pieces.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily store operations.
Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
Identifies and handles client enquiries and concerns.
Executes sales plans and participates in communication events.
Communicates feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management.
Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min Nitec in Retail Services or related fields.
Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets.
Experience in retail or jewelry industry is an added advantage.
