As an Assistant HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, learning & development, payroll, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
Support the Group HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and best practices for the Singapore office.
Coordinate with the regional HR Team Assistant HR Manager to meet recruitment and onboarding needs for both Singapore and Malaysia.
Collaborate with the SG HR & Admin Team to implement the new HRIS across Group HR (SG & MY).
Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
Promote a strong company culture aligned with the group’s values, fostering employee engagement and workplace cohesion.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by Senior Management and the Group HR Manager.
Requirements:
Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of prior HR experience, with strong knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations.
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Development preferred.
