Job description

JOB PURPOSE:

Remuneration: $3,500 to $4,500 (commensurate with experience)

5 days work week

Key Requirements:

  1. A confident and effective team player; able to work independently and under pressure
  2. Strong communication skills required
  3. Preparation of necessary paperwork for onboarding of new transactions
  4. Ensure a positive client experience by following-up and resolving customer service-related issues in an appropriate and timely manner
  5. Meeting and maintaining high level of frontline service

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reach out to company existing active & non-active client base
  2. Manage internal customers for order management and attend to their inquiries
  3. Attend to clients’ ad hoc requests and enquiries from various channels including face-to-face, phone, email, or non face-to-face video conference.
  4. Actively update clients by sending EDMs
  5. Introduce new services to existing clients
  6. Manage and service Client portfolio
  7. Must be good with technology
