Senior Security Supervisor/Security Supervisor

This is a full-time position that requires a valid PLRD license and previous experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to work closely with clients' representatives.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise a team of security personnel to meet client requirements.
2. Conduct daily briefings, patrols, and access control.
3. Work with clients' representatives to carry out instructions according to set SOP.
4. Be PC literate and able to prepare incident reports.
5. Conduct OJT for new staff and guide them through their duties.
6. Manage Security Officer, Keys, and Access.
7. Respond to alarms and escalate incidents promptly.
8. Conduct inspections, handle emergencies, and support fire drills.
9. Document activities for accurate reporting.

Requirements:

• Valid PLRD license.
• At least 1 year of SS experience.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Having First Aid and AED certification; CERT training is an added advantage (for some sites only).

Working Locations:

Multiple locations in the Central area (shopping malls and office buildings) as well as other various assignments.

Salary:

• $3470 - $4000
