Office Cleaner-Part Time (Half Day)

Pantry Cleaning and maintenance (Level 1 and Level 2 Pantry – Total 3)

• Cups and utensils washing [when required e.g. VIP visit]
• Table, chair and table-top cleaning [Daily]
• Fridge cleaning [Last Friday of the month]
• Clearing of rubbish bin [Daily]

Common Facility

• Clearing of workstations’ rubbish bin
• Vacuum and mop the common floor area
• Spot cleaning for glass panels and door
• Balcony leaves sweeping [Periodically i.e. every 2 days]

Building Toilet [Level 1: 1 and Level 2: 2, total no’s of 3]

• Toilet paper and hand detergent top-up or refill [When required]
• Toilet bowl, urinal and basin bleach cleaning [Once a week or when required]
• Floor mop [Daily]
• Floor chemical scrub [Once a month]

Smoking Area [Level 1: 2 no’s and Level 2: balcony, total no’s of 3]

• Area sweeping
• Trash and ashtray clearing

Meeting and Conference Room [Level 1: 2 no’s and Level 2: 2 no’s, total no’s of 4]

• Conduct twice-daily check and table cleaning
• Table-top cleaning [once a week or whenever necessary]
• Table cleaning; removal of cups and utensils [after VIP visit or internal meeting]

Level 2 Senior Management, Finance, HR and Sales Office

• Room vacuum cleaning
• Clearing of rubbish bin
• Dust cleaning
• Curtain dust removal and cleaning
• Table cleaning

During Pandemic or Disease Outbreak ONLY

• Disinfecting of common touch surfaces or equipment; meeting room, toilet, and pantry
• Clearing of bio-waste bin [daily basis]
• Office workstation and office disinfection

Job Requirements:

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
• Reliable and punctual.
