Finance Controller (Dutch Co.)

• Adecco is partnering with a Dutch Manufacturing company. We are looking for a finance professional with strong business acumen, financial, and compliance background to join the senior leadership.
• As a right-hand person to the Managing Director, you will lead the finance, oversee and involve in the operation of end-to-end financial matters, and drive business strategy for the business entity.

Main duties & responsibilities

• Monitor, report, and analyze budget variances regularly.
• Review the company's financial statements for accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Recommend improvements to policies or procedures that could enhance financial performance.
• Forecast future financial performance based on trends and analysis.
• Develop and analyze budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations and accounting standards.

The Talent Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• More than 10-15 years of relevant experience in the multinational company's environment; candidates from the manufacturing industry are preferred.
• Dedicated individual with good interpersonal, communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Talent with an immediate or short-notice period would be a plus.
