Executive, Corporate Development & Human Resources (6-Month Contract)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for executive-level positions and below. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. The HR Executive will play a key role in maintaining recruitment standards and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the recruitment process for executive-level and below roles, including drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and sourcing candidates through various channels.
2. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and help define candidate profiles.
4. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
5. Assist in the creation of offer letters and employment contracts.
6. Create new hire profiles in HRMS.
7. Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment or HR, with at least 1-2 years of experience in handling executive-level and below recruitment.
3. Familiarity with various sourcing methods and tools.
4. Strong interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Unit4 Prosoft will be an advantage.
9. Knowledge of Singapore labour laws and hiring practices.
