Manager/ Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing

Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, liaising with them throughout the engagement cycle.
• Actively promote team and personal profile to internal networks in order to promote collaboration and increase internal leads.
• Identify key client issues that represent opportunities for the Firm to capitalize on and play an active role in securing it.
• Financial management, including developing and managing project budgets and billing to ensure profitable delivery of client engagements.
• Coaching and developing junior team members.
• Play a key role in people development activities (coaching/mentoring) for less experienced team members.

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Business or Accountancy or obtained relevant professional qualifications.
• Min. 10 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm.
• Extensive experience in transfer pricing tax environment.
• Excellent technical skills and commercial awareness.
• Strong interpersonal skills in developing internal and client relationships; sustains a high level of drive, shows enthusiasm and a positive attitude that translates across the team.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience of working in a Transfer Pricing Team within a large international consulting firm.
