Finance Executive/ Senior Finance Executive #JTL

Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly closing journal
2. Prepare / Review monthly accounts reconciliations and schedules
3. Review monthly inventories ageing report for adequate NRV
4. Control chart of a/c, review consistency, control a/c creation and archive
5. Assist FM in annual insurance policy renewal review
6. Audit review support (External and GCAD review)
7. Ensure compliance to accounting standards
8. Annual Statutory Accounts, XBRL
9. Review monthly inter-co billing and ensure consistent accounting treatment
10. Review debtors aging reports and vendors statement reconciliation
11. Prepare commissions for payroll submission
12. Prepare payroll journals
13. Monitor daily cashflow requirements
14. Prepare/ review Banker’s Guarantees applications, maintain records and monitor expiry/renewal
15. Prepare / review payments to vendors
16. Provide advice, guidelines and instructions to shared services centre and operations on day-to-day accounting matters
17. Review GST submission workings and GST reconciliation test
18. Prepare tax & deferred tax computation for accounting provision
19. Prepare corporate tax computations for review by HO and tax consultants
20. Fixed Assets and Capex

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA
2. Preferably with 5 years of relevant experience
