Job Scope

1. Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works and other associated business unit as instructed by the management.
2. Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations.
3. To assist in projects and addition & alteration works as assigned.
4. Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget.
5. Support the car park operations.
6. Assist in any other duties assigned.
7. Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/vendors to ensure the work/project is completed within the timeline with minimum disruption.
8. Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure all physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned.

Job Requirements

1. Min Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management preferred.
2. Able to commence work immediately.
