Company Introduction:

Acer Academy aspires to be the best education centre in Singapore that specializes in Math, while also offering other subjects. We are currently looking for highly motivated educators who are passionate about nurturing students and endeavor to bring out the very best in them.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and preparing teaching aids and materials prior to every lesson
• Delivering lessons using a myriad of teaching methods to ensure effective learning
• Administering the classroom and marking assignments at every lesson
• Facilitating the development of lesson plans, concepts, and content
• Assessing and reporting on the development, performance, and learning progress of students termly
• Engaging and providing parents with regular updates on students’ performance and progress
• Participating in marketing activities, as required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Able to commit for the long-term
• Excellent knowledge of Singapore MOE curriculum
• Highly competent in engaging and teaching children both online and offline
• Strong interpersonal, oratory, and written communication skills
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A knack for detail, well organized, and resourceful
• Excellent problem-solver, quick learner, and self-starter
• Possess a positive attitude, dynamic, and task-oriented
• Energetic and pleasant personality
• Able to work well in a team and individually with little direction
• Flexible, open-minded, adaptable to changes, and have the desire to grow through constructive criticism

Footer Information:

• SGD 3,000 to SGD 6,000
• Salary commensurate with expertise and experience
• 5-day workweek (3 weekdays and 2 weekends)
