Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Annual appraisal exercise through extracting, compiling and verifying of key performance indicators.
- Ensure submission of appraisal documentation in accordance with the University’s guidelines.
- Schedule and coordinate appraisal meetings.
- Support end-to-end Talent acquisition activities.
- Manage day-to-day operations such as managing contract renewals and ensuring renewals are in line with guidelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as People managers and Centres of Excellence (COE).
- Perform HR reporting and provide timely updates to HRIS to effect staff status change matters.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification, with at least 4 years of HR experience preferred.
