BACK-END OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

About Us:

Centour Travel has been creating meaningful travel experiences for 40 years. We specialize in personalized travel planning for families, MICE groups, and leisure travelers.

We are looking for a reliable and organized Back-End Operations Executive to support our team in delivering exceptional travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Itinerary Preparation:
   • Working with the sales team to create customized travel itineraries for clients.
   • Working with the sales team to develop itineraries for tour packages to sell.
2. Sales Kit Management:
   • Compile and organize sales kits with travel packages.
   • Maintain and update the master list of sales kits and itineraries.
3. Costing and Administration:
   • Consolidate travel costing and ensure accurate records.
   • Handle booking confirmations, documentation, and general admin tasks.
4. Design Support (Bonus): Assist with basic design tasks like flyers and itineraries if needed.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in English; Chinese proficiency is a bonus.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in travel or administrative roles is an advantage.
