Primary Purpose: The role will support all aspects of the Retail Finance process for the SEA ANZ countries focused on regional consolidation, Sales, Discount and Margin planning & reporting activities, management presentations and analysis projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead regional consolidation for monthly close and quarterly outlook, ensuring clear insights for Senior Management.
- Develop and deliver timely financial reports, providing actionable analysis to key stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis and create waterfall bridges to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
- Prepare presentation materials for strategic discussions, driving data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop sales, discount and margin forecasts, long-range plans, and annual operating plans, identifying risks and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Leverage technical expertise in Hyperion planning, SAP, MicroStrategy tools to design and implement efficient internal processes and databases, enabling seamless data extraction & report generation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
- 5+ years finance experience working with commercial functions and headquarters groups ideally in an FP&A team
- Strong technical skills in Advanced Excel and BI tools, with expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
- Willingness/flexibility to work across multiple geographies/time zones
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
- Sensitivity to confidential data required
