Qualifications & Experience
- Possesses a diploma in accounting, business, economics, finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial management role.
- Able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form, and possess good public speaking skills.
- Has a deep understanding of data privacy standards, business principles, and practices.
- Has superior attention to detail, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with the capacity to be hands-on and work with operations to achieve business excellence.
- Upholds strong integrity and honesty in daily operations.
- Proficient in MS Office tools; specifically MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and accounting system Xero.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of day-to-day finance and accounts operations including AR, AP, P&L, balance sheet, and GST submissions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations, including timely and accurate filings.
- Basic HR duties including payroll, CPF, and income tax submissions.
- Handle IRAS queries, Group Annual Return, and Group Consolidation Report.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statement reports and analysis for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Senior Management team on ad-hoc business expansion activities and fundraising exercises.
- Work with auditors on annual audit reports and queries.
