Job scope
Account Management & Growth
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at top hyperscalers and cloud service providers.
Drive long-term strategic partnerships to expand business's presence and revenue share.
Sales & Business Development
Own and drive the overall sales strategy for assigned global accounts in the JAPAC region.
Identify, qualify, and close large-scale data center deals.
Focus on contract management for strategic accounts, and resolving outstanding issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams to align offerings with customer requirements.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of contracts and service delivery.
Prepare and Lead all Customer QBR sessions for the APAC region.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Stay updated on market trends, customer plans, and competitive activities in the data center space.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance business's market positioning.
Requirements
At least 15 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, global account management, or business development within the data center, cloud, or technology industry.
In-depth knowledge of the requirements of hyperscaler and cloud service providers as well as an understanding of data center operations.
Proven track record of securing multi-million-dollar deals and achieving sales targets in the JAPAC region.
Ability to work across multiple geographies, cultures, and internal teams to drive a cohesive sales strategy.
