Chemistry Lab Analyst (1 yr contract) - Entry Level/West/PHARMA MNC #HAO

Salary: up to $2400 + 400 transport allowance

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Days & Hours: five day week. 2 weeks of Morning followed by 1 week of afternoon

Location: Tuas - bus pickups - Jurong East, Outram, CCK, Woodlands

Job Description:

1. Monitor Product Quality Compliance
2. Perform routine and non-standard tests on materials, products and other Quality Control purposes using HPLC, GC, Empower system etc
3. Identify OOS, deviations and quality problems
4. Report testing activities and results
5. Comply with Quality and HSE procedures when carrying out sampling and QC tests
6. Manage Laboratory Operations
7. Follow the organization’s operational excellence model for laboratory work
8. Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
9. Report equipment OOS issues and equipment purchase requests
10. Maintain integrity, accuracy and completeness of QC data and records
11. Optimise quality and efficiency of department workflows and activities
12. Assist in preparing and participate for laboratory inspections and audits
13. Compile data to support business and performance metrics reporting
14. Propose solutions to improve QC procedures, activities and workflows
15. Gather information to support feasibility assessments of introducing new QC procedures, systems and equipment

Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Chemistry / Sciences or similar
