Job Position: Senior Trade Marketing Executive

Company Background: Importer & Distributor
Salary Range: SGD 3,200 ~ SGD 4,800
Working Location: Aljunied, SG (Blue-DT 25)
Working Hours: 9am ~ 6pm, Mon - Fri

About the Job

Responsibilities:

  1. Activations - 30%
    1. Produce yearly activation plan presentations and suggest activities for our brands.
    2. Look for and search for partners to collaborate with.
    3. Seek out alcohol-related events for the company to participate in.
    4. Execute events independently with attention to detail.
    5. Visit outlets with the sales team and suggest marketing value additions.
  2. E-commerce - 30%
    1. Oversee in-house website operations and manage/setup other e-commerce platforms.
    2. Execute E-commerce monthly promotion calendar.
    3. Manage all aspects of E-commerce, including marketing plans, product management, stock management, onboarding of new products, promotions, platform campaigns, sales, deliveries, after-sales service, and other operations.
    4. Activate and execute all planned promotional activities in a timely manner.
    5. Grow E-commerce orders monthly across platforms.
    6. Submit monthly sales reports, tracking analytics, sales, followers on platforms, reviews, feedback, cost of operations & recommendations to improve sales.
    7. Manage all customer orders across platforms within stipulated timelines and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Artworks, Collaterals & Marketing Presentations - 20%
    1. Produce collateral designs for E-commerce platforms, events, activations, and outlets.
    2. Create presentation plans under marketing scope.
  4. Social Media Management - 20%
    1. Submit a monthly social media calendar plan.
    2. Post a minimum of three times a week across all social media platforms, writing attractive descriptions and including related hashtags.
    3. Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns for the company, represented brands, and principal partners.
    4. Boost monthly promotions, activations, and events.
    5. Grow the company’s online presence and drive traffic to all social media platforms.
    6. Increase conversion rates and engagement with followers, and grow follower count.
    7. Submit a monthly social media report, tracking analytics, follower count, engagement, data & recommendations to improve social media pages.

Requirements:

  1. Proficient in utilizing Canva or Photoshop.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  3. Sense of aesthetics, copywriting, and creative eye.
  4. Photography and basic photo editing skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
  7. Outgoing and friendly personality with good communication skills.
  8. Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines.
  9. Flexible in working hours (some evenings required for marketing event activities).
  10. Interest in F&B, especially alcohol, is a plus.
  11. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  12. Proven events, e-commerce, or social media management record is advantageous.
  13. 2-3 years of relevant Alcohol Beverage/FMCG trade experience is a plus.
