Mission of the Role: We're looking for a highly skilled and strategic Manager / Head of Media Buying to lead and optimize our paid media efforts. You will lead our in-house media buying function, overseeing two specialized teams: Facebook/Google Ads and Native Ads. Your mission is to scale our existing campaigns profitably, particularly on Meta, while ensuring strong performance across Google and Native platforms. You’ll also chart our expansion into new channels like TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. This role is central to driving customer acquisition, maximizing ROAS, and building a sustainable paid growth engine across multiple touchpoints.
