Associate, Finance (Receipt / Payment)

Responsibilities

1. Process all trades related payments & receipt for all products
2. Endowus – Subs/redemption/div/deposit and enquiries related to Endowus’s client.
3. Crypto Trading – ensure outgoing funds are recorded and do not exceed the trading limit. Ensure the withdrawal of funds is legitimate.
4. OTC/CFD/LTX & Unit Trust.
5. Fund movement – Daily Trust movement reconciliation.
6. Reconciliation: Endowus balance vs UOBKH balance / Prospero report vs SUB8
7. Handle enquiries from trading representatives and extended counterparts
8. Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in accountancy or related field
2. Meticulous and attention to detail
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Able to work independently with good initiative, self-motivated and a team player
5. Good attitude, good team player and interpersonal skills
6. Able to work extended hours when required
