Act as the main Executive Education point of contact to executives, clients, and other external stakeholders.
Manage the implementation of executive education/scholarship programs.
Develop and manage all communication with participants and clients including program logistics, payment processes, prep work, and post-program communication.
Partner with the webmaster to customize the course website, incorporating social media and networking into program aspects as appropriate.
Provide administrative support to the department such as scheduling meetings and coordinating events.
Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and format; distribute documents as instructed; maintain calendars; coordinate and schedule meetings, training sessions, appointments, and make travel arrangements.
Perform tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive level employees of the organization.
Coordinate the administrative work within the department/division, working with other departments/divisions and companies.
Recognize as the top administrative employee in the department or division.
The work performed is predominantly administrative and largely tactical and strategic in nature.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
2-3 years of administrative experience is an advantage.
