What you'll do as a Customer Support Associate!
Serving as the voice of our institution, you will be integral to delivering exceptional customer service. You will attend to customers' enquiries and appointment requests via phone calls, email correspondence, and live chat in a prompt and professional manner.
You will need to liaise with internal and external departments or escalate problems tactfully to facilitate the effective resolution of issues when necessary.
