Job description
OVERVIEW
Sales administration work at a Japanese IT company
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating quotes and invoices, responding to inquiries, and following up on them
- Entering data into the ERP system
- Handling various inquiries
- Coordinating with the engineering team
- Procurement-related work (ordering necessary equipment, adjusting delivery dates, etc.)
- Other ad-hoc work
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- English: Daily conversation level (necessary for communication with customers, suppliers, and in-house engineers)
- Japanese: Business level is preferred (as communication with Japanese customers will occur)
- Attentive and considerate, able to pay attention to details when creating quotes
- Preferred is an environment where you can work for 3 years or more
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Monthly salary: Around S$3,500-4,000 (depending on experience)
- Working hours: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri) *Basically no overtime.
- Paid vacation: 14 days. Sick leave: 14 days.
- Medical support: Up to S$750 per year. In addition, up to S$250 will be paid for dental treatment
- Number of interviews: Approximately 2 times
- Probation period: 3 months. Work from home: Every day
