Assistant Finance Manager ( AR, Manufacturing )

Job Description:

Industry: Wholesaler (Poultry, Processed Food)
Location: North
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Good Remuneration Package

Job Responsibilities:

1. Preparation, issuance of invoices, credit notes, and refunds
2. Monitor and ensure healthy AR ageing report of assigned accounts
3. Follow up with collection for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
4. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, including resolving collection and payment discrepancies
5. Undertake accounts reconciliation of receipts
6. Timely month-end closing for accounts receivable function
7. Assist in annual audits
8. Review of customer aging
9. Follow up with sales team & customers on the payment settlement of invoices
10. Review of new customer applications
11. Attend weekly sales meetings to discuss outstanding invoices with the sales team
12. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a relevant field
