Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, leveraging HR analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and workforce insights.
Support and enhance performance management processes, assisting with appraisals, career development planning, and leadership succession strategies.
Manage payroll and benefits enrollment, ensuring competitive compensation structures aligned with industry standards.
Develop and execute employee engagement programs, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies while developing HR strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employee relations.
Ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
