Project Coordinator (General Contractor/Building Construction) – Up to $5,000 + AWS

• Position: Project Coordinator (General Contractor/Building Construction) – Up to $5,000 + AWS
• Location: Lower Delta Road (2 Bus Stops from Tiong Bahru MRT)
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 8:30am to 5:30pm | Saturday Standby at Home
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + AWS + Medical Benefits + 14 Days Annual Leave (10 Days on 2nd year and 14 Days on 3rd year)
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Building Construction / General Contractor

Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer relationship during project and Monitor customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction
• Covering of subordinate duties as and when necessary.
• Prepare and monitor Progress Claims and Subcontractor Payment.
• Prepare project reports and update project progress.
• Prepare Risk Assessment, permit to work forms and scheduling for project.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings, as well as documenting and following up on actions and decisions, and preparing presentation materials.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met and determining project charges.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Any other ad-hoc administrative works as assigned by the respective head

Requirements:

• Minimum of Nitec/Higher Nitec with at least one year of relevant experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook etc
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak Mandarin.
