Clinic Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinic Executive to manage daily clinic operations and supervise Patient Service Assistants at counters. (5 days, non-shift)
- Perform registration, billing, and appointment booking for patients.
- Assist to prepare & issue daily cash float and handle cash collection.
- Assist to monitor clinic queue performance and consultation waiting time.
- Assist to attend to patients' feedback.
- Assist to schedule duty, leave rosters, and deployment of Patient Service Assistants.
- Assist executives in operations related to partnerships with community organizations.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent.
- Frontline counter experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
