Requirements:

1. Experience of derivative product characteristics, including structure of products, valuation/pricing information associated with the products.
2. Knowledge of vanilla products and derivatives and understanding of general market practices.
3. Understanding of the basic concepts of valuation/pricing approaches for vanilla and derivatives.
4. Knowledge in market data.
5. Experience with scripting languages, i.e., Python or Excel Macro.
6. Master's in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or CFA will be a great plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect functional requirements from stakeholders and document and explain the requirements to the development and QA team.
2. Facilitate requirements workshops to engage various stakeholders such as Front Office, Middle Office, and Finance users to elicit and validate business requirements.
3. Lead and manage issues during UAT/Sprints, ensuring all requirements have proper traceability.
4. Leverage subject matter experts in Technology & Operations to deliver structured and well-thought-out solutions.
5. Become an effective bridge between business users and technology.
6. Be a good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
7. Respond promptly to issues raised, through a good understanding of business, operational, and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.
